As a senior-level executive, Mr. Nozzarella has more than 35 years of experience engineering innovative product solutions and providing proven business leadership. He has earned recognition from the medical, science, construction, and hi-tech industries, and holds multiple patents and patents pending.

Mr. Nozzarella has served as an advisor on boards and various advanced academic and research programs, including advising Ph.D. students at the University of Minnesota’s Department of Electrical Engineering. He has also presented and lectured at the University and co-authored articles on lung-health therapies.

Working with Dr. Warren Warwick and Leland Hansen at the University of Minnesota on triangle waveform technology in 2004, Mr. Nozzarella guided the development of a breakthrough cystic fibrosis treatment, moving from a prototype device to manufactured product in just a few short months. This wearable chest-compression device, called the InCourage™ System, was manufactured and marketed through RespirTech, a company Mr. Nozzarella founded in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Vast knowledge in research and development, printed circuit board manufacturing, mechanical assembly, product distribution, business strategic planning, and management allows Mr. Nozzarella to continue to provide solutions and expertise to companies across the United States and Canada as a valued consultant.
